Produced by a person with Tourette syndrome, this film's purpose is to help create a better understanding of what it is like for a person to experience the disorder. Many with TS have agreed that the video provides an unsurpassed inside view of "how it feels" to experience the tics and obsessive-compulsive symptoms associated with Gilles de la Tourette syndrome.

The movie also presents a look into the history of the disorder and the treatment of people with TS in the past. This historical information reveals the roots of many misconceptions that exist today about Tourette's.

Although every person with Tourette syndrome experiences different symptoms (and very few people have all of them), there are many commonly-found symptoms that are addressed in detail in this program. The creator of this film makes no claims to speak for any other person with Tourette syndrome.

Notes about the movie:

(1) This film is too complex and dark for small children. It is best suited for mature teens and adults.

(2) Every individual with Tourette syndrome (TS) has unique experiences. No two people seem to have all of the same symptoms. Therefore the creator of this video makes no claims to represent anyone's experiences with TS other than his own.
