Amazonia: The Marshes

Life and customs of men, animals and plants that inhabit the planet's largest wetland.

We will meet the Pantaneiros, real gauchos that remind us about the spanish transhumance. We'll talk about species of cattle almost extinct, like the pantaneira cow and horse, with which these men have an intimate relationship.
We'll also discover the last of the Indians Watoto, a man of hermit life which lives and feeds out of jacares, capibaras and piranhas.

Our eyes will see the first images of existing paintings in these lands ever recorded by a camera and will tour the human geography of a river system, godson of the great Amazon, the river without which the world would be unable to complete their natural cycles.
