British workers perform their regular jobs in some of the world's most demanding locations. London dustman Wilbur Ramirez heads to Jakarta, Indonesia, one of the largest and fastest-growing cities in the world. Leaving behind the health and safety-conscious world of British waste management, he joins fellow refuse collector Imam Syaffi, living in danger and poverty next to a fly-infested dump and performing the strenuous daily task of collecting rubbish from the city's wealthy.
